Tree Space Therapy
Counselling
I offer shamanic counselling, traditional talking therapy online, ‘walk and talk therapy’ and psychedelic integration sessions, depending on your needs.
Shamanic practice means to be in relation with nature and I work with trees and the natural world to support wellbeing, balance and insight.

Shamanic counselling
A deep immersion into shamanic journeying to help you find clarity and inner guidance
Shamanic counselling involves ‘journeying’ (by way of drumming) into your deep unconscious to ask your spirit guides for help, power, guidance or healing. When we go to the Spirits, a deeper learning takes place. We realise there is much more to discover, with new perspectives and different relations. We receive it in another way, so it becomes part of us.
My role is to witness and facilitate your connection with your own inner guidance and intuition and connection to the Spirit world. My presence serves to support you as you journey toward healing and personal power. I am here to listen, hold space, and ask the right questions. I do not provide interpretations; rather, I help you unlock the teachings within your own experience and embrace the power it brings.
Our time together begins with a shared conversation to find a clear, heartfelt mission for your journey. We call in the Spirits with a rattle before you lie down to begin. Using headphones and a drumming track, you will speak your journey aloud as it unfolds. Afterward, we reflect on the journey together to explore what has shifted and how this wisdom can be integrated into your life.
This practice allows you to guide yourself with the support of the ancient wisdom of the trees and the spirits. After journeying it is very important to write up your experience word for word based on a recording I will send you after the session.
Shamanic counselling sessions are between 2 - 2.5 hours. Sessions can be online or in your home.
Choose the right price for you: £120/ £85/ £65
Extra offerings: ‘shamanic medicine walks’, blessings, and shamanic journeying for creativity/ creative projects.

Walk and talk
Traditional counselling walking side by side in nature
Walk-and-talk therapy is a form of counselling that takes place outdoors, with the therapist and client walking side by side rather than sitting together in a traditional therapy room. Just like traditional therapy, we focus on what you want to explore while walking, or sometimes sitting, in nature.
Being in nature brings lots of benefits to your wellbeing all on its own, so it naturally supports the work we do together. Movement also helps you connect to the present moment and complements the work of counselling.
Walking alongside rather than sitting face-to-face can feel less formal and, for some people, can make it easier to talk openly about difficult thoughts and feelings.
Walk-and-talk therapy can take place in a range of outdoor settings, including parks, beaches, woodland or other suitable natural spaces.
We will talk about where to meet, the route, privacy, and of course the weather before beginning our outdoor sessions. I typically work from Stanmer Park, Brighton, East Sussex.
I offer standard in person 50 minute ‘walk and talk’ therapy sessions on Tuesdays or Fridays. Sessions cost £65 per session.

Talking therapy online
Counselling from the comfort of your own space, accessible wherever you are.
I offer traditional counselling online. A space for you to explore how you feel and sit with some of the emotions you’re experiencing, often recognising different parts of yourself and what they have to say and how they relate to one another. We also work together to uncover patterns and stories from your past that might still have relevance today and see if they still belong in your life going forward. I am led by you and have experience working with grief of all kinds including death and bereavement, the anticipation of death, relationship loss, miscarriage, and the grief that comes as we pass through different significant life events and transitions.
Drawing on both my own experiences of motherhood and my previous work in creative industries, I often bring creativity to the work we do, using for example objects from nature or drawing to support the process, but always in dialogue with you and led by what moves or interests you. I can also incorporate grounding techniques, dream work, journaling, breathing practices and spirituality into our sessions, but again, only if this feels aligned with you.
I offer standard 50 minute talking therapy sessions online on Tuesdays or Fridays. Sessions cost £65.

Psychedelic integration
A safe, non judgemental support to help you process and integrate your experince into your daily life.
If you have worked with plant medicines either as part of a psychedelic therapy session or during a ceremony, you may wish to talk through the experience and be supported to integrate the experience, perhaps journeying (with drumming) in order to gain clarity on something you experienced.
We can incorporate objects from nature or drawing to support the process, as well as grounding techniques, dream work, journaling, breathing practices and a spiritual framework into our sessions if this feels aligned with you.
I offer 50 minute psychedelic integration sessions on Tuesdays and Fridays. Sessions cost £65 per session or more if shamanic journeying is incorporated into the work but we can discuss this together.
[Please note that I am not a psychedelic therapist and can only provide integration support pre or post psychedelic therapy]
